Do you do same day delivery? 

We do not offer same-day delivery options through our website. If you would like to inquire about the possibility of a same-day order please email us at info@theflowergirlsmiami.com.

What days do you deliver?

We currently deliver Monday to Saturday. If you have a special request please contact us via email at info@theflowergirlsmiami.com.

At what time can I expect my delivery?

Our delivery time is between 11am until 3pm. If you are interested in getting the flowers at another time, the Pick-up option is always available. You will just need to contact us via email or Instagram with at least one day in advance.

Does every arrangement come exactly like the picture?

Each bouquet and arrangement is unique and the image displayed does not represent the bouquet you will receive, it is simply meant to give a sense of The Flower Girls Miami style.

How many times do I need to change the water?

Every 2-3 days. Flowers drink a lot of water! Changing it constantly prevents the flowers from absorbing bacteria, making them stay fresh for a longer period of time.

What if I don't like my flowers? Do you offer a refund?

All sales are final. The Flower Girls Miami does not offer refunds.
