Damaged Products

All of our flowers come with a three day guarantee. If something is wrong with your or the recipient's flowers, please contact us via email or on our Instagram within that time and we would be more than happy to replace the flowers at our expense. 

Since flowers are a perishable product, we cannot address issues that arise if we are not notified after the three day period of flower(s) receipt.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the situation occurs that you must cancel your order. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund. Same day cancellations will receive a partial refund.
