REFUND POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds

If the situation occurs that you must cancel your order. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund. Same day cancellations will receive a 50% refund.

Once the flowers have been delivered, The Flower Girls Miami does not extend refunds to products. Meaning that all sales are final.

Damaged Products

All of our flowers come with a two day guarantee. If something is wrong with your flowers, please contact us via email or on our Instagram within that time with picture proof. Once we receive that, we would be more than happy to replace the flowers at our expense. 

Since flowers are a perishable product, we cannot address issues that arise if we are not notified after the two day period of the flowers delivery date.
